It is of vital importance that one follows the appropriate analysis and counselling process. At Career Climb, we follow a methodical process starting with a pre-counselling form (to collect the basic data about the student / professional) followed by a short discussion wherein we gather more relevant information. Based on the information collected, the candidate is assigned an on-line test which takes approx. 45-60 minutes. Based on the results of the tests, the report is generated and the our Lead Counsellor submits a detailed analysis and report with suggestions for the education road-map / career selection. This is followed by a detailed personalized counselling and brainstorming session to conclude the recommendations.

After the initial pre-counselling discussions, we at Career Climb will assign you the appropriate assessment test. For Students, there are different tests for students from different boards such as State Boards, CBSE, IGCSE, IB etc. Also these tests can be taken in languages such as English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi etc. depending of the medium of instruction for the student.
